Welcome
1. Maintain normal routine: I learnt this recently, I tried it out and it was quite helpful. Wake up at usual times, do your before work routine, bath at usual time, dress up and continue with what you have planned for the day.
2. Stay in good shape : You don't want to come out of this season in bad shape because of poor eating habits and lack of exercise. I know some persons combat boredom with food, but be easy on it and remember to exercise, no matter how little.
3. Build better relationships: Take this time to call people, send text messages, reach out to new people, strengthen bond with old friends, share love with family and everyone.
4. Learn Online: Many courses are now going for free or at a discounted rate. Look up relevant courses online, get certifications.
5. Read : Read, read, read, in fact study! Hard copies, e-books, audiobooks, whichever one suits you. Read on relevant topics, learn about recent happenings. You can't afford to be totally ignorant.
6. Go digital: I'm not just talking about older persons, a lot of young persons can't operate a smartphone effectively, can't make use of a system and so are behind on anything digital. Plus this period to learn.
7. Acquire Skills: there are so many skills you can learn online that can boost your career, business or even give you. Another source of income. Find one, pay and learn it.
8. Engage in hobbies : yes yes, watch movies, play games, gist in the evenings, chat, watch entertaining videos online, do what relieves you of stress. Do it!
9. Think more, worry less: be more productive with your mind. instead of letting fear fill you, do more productive thinking, self-reflection, and visualizing with your mind. Better days are ahead.
10. Stay with God.
Spend time in studying scriptures, listening to messages and reading spiritual books. Prayer is key at this time.
